Review: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Spigen Rugged Case

Hey what’s up, guys! I’m back with another review posta and today I’m going to be taking a look at Spigen’s Rugged Armor phone case for the newly released Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

First off I want to thank the people over at Spigen for sending this case over for me to review. If you haven’t visited their site yet make sure you check them out here, they’re one of my favorite phone case makers right now. They have a lot of solid, good looking cases and other products.

Now let’s jump right into it, shall we?

Perfect for pockets

Lightweight. Stylish. Simple. Those are just a couple of words that can be used to describe this case. It’s just a good looking accessory to pair with your phone. The smooth matte finish of the case makes it comfortable to hold and it has enough grip so it won’t slip or slide off of a surface. It just feels good in the hand.

The case also features accents to the back that give it a carbon fiber look, which gives it an added level of “pop” to help it stand out from other phone cases. Also those that think that slapping on a case will add unnecessary bulk to their phone need not worry. Even with the case the phone fits comfortably in your pocket or bag.

Spigen’s cases are made of “Military Grade Air Cushion” Technology. I’ve done a few drop tests and I can attest to its level of protection. The inside of the flexible TPU case has a special pattern that aids in absorbing the impact of any tumbles the phone may take.

One thing I appreciate about Spigen’s cases is how they design it in a way that lift the front and back of the phone off of the surface they are placed on to avoid scratching the screen or camera lens.

The Rugged Armor case retails at $19.99 on their website but it can be found for under $15 here on Amazon.

That would be a steal in anyone’s book. With the level of protection and style you won’t want to pass this up.

Verdict:

Anyone looking for a lightweight case that’s stylish and at a bargain price then this is the case for you. The simple design with the “carbon fiber” accents makes this a case that’ll catch everyone’s eye. I definitely recommend you snag one of these as soon as you can.
